At FreedomBuilt, we stand behind what we make. No complicated hoops, no corporate runaround, and no twenty-page instruction manual just to return a damn T-shirt.

You bought it. We want you to love it. If something's wrong, we'll help make it right.

THE 60-DAY NO-BS RETURN POLICY

Here's how it works:

• 60 Days to Decide. You have 60 days from your original order date to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

• Keep It Fresh. Merchandise must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Trying it on? Absolutely. Wearing it to three concerts and a backyard barbecue? Nice try.

• We Check Everything. All returned merchandise is inspected when it arrives. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage may be declined.

• We'll Get It Handled. Processing times vary depending on return volume, but we don't believe in dragging our feet.

A few ground rules. Nothing crazy.

• One Shot Per Order. We allow one return or refund request per order. Have multiple items to return? Include them all in your first request.

• Mystery Tees. You rolled the dice. You got the surprise. Mystery products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Limited-Time Designs. Once they're gone, they're gone. Discontinued designs may qualify for store credit or an exchange for another available design.

Wrong shirt? Defective print? Something not right?

That's on us, and we'll work to make it right.

We take pride in every shirt that leaves our shop. If something slips through quality control, we want to know about it.

We'll review the issue and help get it sorted out.
