FreedomBuilt Refund & Return Policy
At FreedomBuilt Since 1776, we stand by our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. If your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for—whether you need a different size, design, store credit, or a refund—we’ve got your six.
Simple Returns & Exchanges
• Returns are accepted within 60 days of your original order date for exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
• Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed to qualify.
• All returns are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage.
• Processing times may vary depending on return volume, but we work hard to make it quick and easy.
Important Notes
• Only one return or refund per order—please include any concerns in your initial request.
• Pirate Club subscription items are exclusive and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Mystery products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Limited-time designs that are no longer available on our website may qualify only for store credit, or exchange for another available design.
