Do we need to purchase inventory upfront?

No.

There is no upfront investment required to become an I Said Yes Church Partner.

We provide the apparel inventory for your church, allowing you to offer premium Christian apparel without the financial burden of purchasing stock in advance. Our goal is to remove the risk so your church can focus on sharing God's message—not managing inventory.

Who handles shipping?

We do.

Every order is professionally printed, folded, tagged, barcoded, and shipped directly to your church. We carefully package every garment so it arrives ready for display in your bookstore, resource center, welcome center, coffee shop, or wherever your church chooses to offer apparel.

How are returns handled?

Returns are simple.

In-Church Purchases

If a garment is purchased directly from your church, your church will handle the return or exchange according to your preferred ministry policy.

Online Purchases

Orders placed through the I Said Yes website are handled entirely by us. We process customer service, exchanges, and returns so your church doesn't have to.

Can our church create its own designs?

Absolutely!

In fact, we encourage it.

Every church has its own mission, vision, and message. We'd love to help bring your ideas to life through professionally printed apparel that reflects your ministry.

Can we use our church logo?

Yes.

Your custom church apparel will proudly feature your church's logo and branding.

Official I Said Yes designs will continue to feature the I Said Yes logo, while custom ministry designs remain unique to your church.

Our goal is to support and strengthen your ministry—not replace your identity.

How often are partnership payments made?

Partnership proceeds are distributed monthly.

Simply let us know what was sold through your church, and we'll calculate your partnership proceeds according to our Kingdom Partnership Promise.

In addition, any purchases made through your church's unique online code are automatically tracked.

All qualifying online partnership proceeds are distributed on or around the 5th of each month.

How are reports and financial documents delivered?

Transparency is one of our core values.

Monthly partnership reports, bookkeeping summaries, payment records, and any applicable tax documentation are securely delivered through encrypted email links to help protect your church's information.

Our goal is to make record-keeping simple, organized, and easy to access whenever you need it.

Can we approve artwork before it's printed?

Absolutely.

Nothing goes to print until your church has approved the final artwork.

We believe the best ministry happens when we work together. Your input matters, and we want every design to accurately represent your church's vision while honoring Jesus Christ.

Can our members order online?

Yes!

Every partner church receives a unique online discount code to share with its congregation.

Members can conveniently order directly from the I Said Yes website while enjoying exclusive discounts and occasional special gifts available only through your church.

Even better, qualifying online purchases made using your church's code continue to support your ministry through the Kingdom Partnership Program.

It's another simple way to extend your church's reach while generating additional ministry support beyond Sunday mornings.

We would love to help.
